The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has recently increased the cost of parking at Karachi’s international airport. The new standard rate is now Rs100 for the first three hours of parking, a Rs10 increase from the previous pricing.
Vehicles parked for longer than three hours will incur additional charges. According to a CAA spokesperson, the decision to raise fees was made by the Karachi airport management committee following the end of a private contractor’s agreement.
The CAA also indicated that parking fees will continue to increase by Rs10 each year.
