PM Shehbaz Sharif Extends Felicitations to Saudi Arabia on National Day

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has extended heartfelt felicitations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, and the people of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the Kingdom’s National Day.

In his message, the Prime Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to deepening the brotherly ties between the two nations. He noted that the relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are founded on Islam, shared history, and enduring trust, ensuring a partnership that remains strong and everlasting.

Reflecting on his recent visit to Riyadh, Prime Minister Shehbaz expressed gratitude for the warm reception and exceptional hospitality extended to him and his delegation. He said the people of Pakistan join him in appreciating the affection and generosity shown by King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

The Prime Minister emphasized that Pakistan takes pride in standing alongside Saudi Arabia in its remarkable journey of growth under the visionary leadership of the Crown Prince. He highlighted that the Kingdom now holds a prominent place among nations, a testament to its foresight and wisdom.

He also acknowledged Saudi Arabia’s solidarity with Pakistan during critical times, particularly its unwavering support during recent tensions with India, and its vital economic assistance that bolstered Pakistan’s economy. Such gestures, he said, will always be remembered with gratitude by the Pakistani nation.

Prime Minister Shehbaz further noted the contributions of millions of Pakistanis living and working in Saudi Arabia, calling their role a source of strength for bilateral friendship, progress, and prosperity. He reaffirmed that for many Pakistanis, Saudi Arabia remains a second home, deeply cherished and respected.

Concluding his message, the Prime Minister prayed for continued peace, prosperity, and development for Saudi Arabia, reinforcing the spirit of unity and brotherhood between the two countries.
